Managing the “cracked tooth” can still be problematic and is often attributed to several challenging factors including but not limited to diagnosis, difficulty reproducing symptoms clinically, not fully knowing the true extent of the crack and potential for further crack propagation over time despite best treatment modalities. Cracks are often not visible or show up on 2-D X-rays and pain can be difficult to pinpoint. This webinar will utilise clinical cases to demonstrate the diagnosis of cracked tooth, identify vertical root fracture and confirm pain on biting as an endodontic source of origin. It will also discuss current tools such as System BP used to identify and locate cracks.

This webinar is designed for all practitioners who perform endodontic treatments and aims to introduce the principles of Minimally Invasive Endodontics. We will explore how to preserve as much healthy dentine as possible while ensuring thorough cleaning and disinfection of the root canal system. The session will cover the latest techniques, tools, and best practices that allow for minimal tissue removal, optimal root canal shaping, and effective debridement. Whether you‘re new to the field or looking to refine your skills, this webinar will provide valuable insights into achieving superior
clinical outcomes with conservative yet effective treatment strategies.

Determining whether to retain or extract a tooth remains one of the most complex and consequential decisions in general dental practice. This webinar will provide participants with a structured, evidence-based approach to assessing tooth viability and treatment options, enabling
clinicians to make sound, defensible, and patient-centred decisions. Through discussion of clinical cases and application of decision-making frameworks, participants will gain greater confidence in evaluating prognostic factors, recognising limitations, and communicating treatment options effectively with patients.

Endodontic treatments are technically challenging procedures that many dentists and patients fear, sharing concerns of potential complications and failures. However, root canal procedures remain highly predictable when the biologic and technical goals are achieved. In this webinar, I will share a series of cases from my practice and discuss what types of failures occur in root filled teeth, how to identify, manage and prevent such complications.

Minimal invasive endodontics is not something new and has been a part of endodontic teaching and training for decades. It is only in the past 5 to 8 years since there has been more focus on the same. This primarily is due to observing and assessing long term datas of success and failure of endodontically treated teeth. There has been emphasis on microbiological root canal failures, but not much on bio-mechanic failures that can contribute substantially to the failure rates. The focus on this presentation is to discuss appropriate steps and techniques to master the art and science of conservative access, using conservative rotary files and appropriate disinfection strategies. It will not only enhance long term outcomes but also help plan post full coverage restoration over these teeth
with more flexibility.

This webinar will demonstrate how to create and achieve a void-free, fluid-tight dense seal within the root canal system to prevent re-infection. Accurately fitting a dimensionally stable master cone, applying hybrid warm vertical compaction and using a user-friendly backfilling system. Allow
participants to evaluate and confirm the quality of the obturation through visual and radiographic means.

This webinar will allow clinicians to successfully carry out single visit endodontics with proper diagnosis and case selection. This evidence-based approach will demonstrate how to diagnose and select the right case for single visit RCT therapy, whilst the highlighting the advantages and
limitations for clinical outcomes. It will also discuss the instruments and materials required to help you achieve optimal results when carrying out single visit endodontics.
